We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets. All payments are processed securely and must comply with Sri Lankan financial regulations.

How do I create an account?

Click on "Login" and then "Sign Up". Fill in your details including email, phone, and location. You'll need to verify your email before your account becomes active.

How do I reset my password?

What are the fees for using the platform?

Basic listings are free. Premium features like featured ads may have fees. Transaction fees apply to certain payment methods. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

How do I edit or delete my ad?

Log in to your account, go to "My Ads", and click "Edit" or "Delete" next to the ad you want to modify. Changes may take a few minutes to appear.

What to do if my payment fails?

Check your payment details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider. For platform-related issues, reach out to our support team.
